At Adnanstylo, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell with a clear, customer-friendly refund and returns policy designed for shoppers across Pakistan. Please read the following carefully — by placing an order on adnanstylo.com, you agree to the terms below.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
We carefully inspect every returned item before processing your refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item to Adnanstylo is simple. Just follow these 4 steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +92 327 2845982 or email adnanstylo111@gmail.com
- Share your order number along with photos of the product and the reason for return
- Wait for return approval — our team will respond within 24 hours and share the return address or arrange courier pickup (depending on your city)
- Pack and ship the product carefully in its original packaging. We recommend using TCS, Leopards, or M&P courier with tracking
Important: Please do not ship the product back without first receiving return approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will email or WhatsApp you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
- Bank Transfer / Card payments: Refund credited back to your original account or card
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa orders: Refund credited back to your wallet within 24-48 hours
You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or mobile wallet again
- Contact your bank or wallet provider — sometimes processing time is required before a refund officially posts
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, contact us at adnanstylo111@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 327 2845982 with your order number
Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for a full refund. Sale items, clearance pieces, and discounted bundles are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit or exchange — please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or you received the wrong item. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Email adnanstylo111@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 327 2845982 with photos of the issue and your order number
- We will arrange a free pickup and ship the correct or replacement product at no extra charge
For change-of-mind exchanges (different model, color, or size), shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the new product will be shipped after we receive the original.
Warranty Claims
Every Adnanstylo watch, smart watch, and select tech product comes with a manufacturer warranty against defects (typically 1 to 3 years depending on the brand). The warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage (drops, scratches, broken glass)
- Water damage (unless within the product’s water resistance rating)
- Battery replacement (after 1 year)
- Strap or cable wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized servicing
To claim warranty, contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and arrange repair or replacement through the brand’s authorized service center during the warranty period.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once we receive and inspect the item.
If the product wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or shipped by mistake. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For valuable products, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service (TCS Overnight, Leopards Premium, or M&P Express) with insurance. Adnanstylo cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns
Cash on Delivery is a privilege we extend to our customers. To keep this option available for everyone, please note:
- Refusing a COD order at the door without prior contact may result in shipping charges deducted from future refunds
- Multiple refused COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account
- If you change your mind, please cancel the order via WhatsApp before it ships
