Refund and Returns Policy
At Adnanstylo, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every watch we sell with a clear, customer-friendly refund and returns policy designed for Pakistani buyers. Please read the following carefully — by placing an order on adnanstylo.com, you agree to the terms below.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
We carefully inspect every returned item before processing your refund or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- Watches with broken straps, dials, or damaged glass after delivery
- Watches purchased on Sale or marked as “Final Sale”
- Watches without original packaging, tags, or warranty cards
- Custom-engraved or personalized watches
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +92 327 2845982 or email adnanstylo111@gmail.com
- Share your order number along with photos of the watch and the reason for return
- Wait for return approval — our team will respond within 24 hours and share the return address or arrange courier pickup (depending on your city)
- Pack and ship the watch carefully in its original box. We recommend using TCS, Leopards, or M&P courier with tracking
Please do not ship the product back without first receiving return approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned watch is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will email or WhatsApp you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
- Bank Transfer / Card payments: Refund credited back to your original account/card
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa orders: Refund credited back to your wallet within 24-48 hours
You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or mobile wallet again
- Contact your bank or wallet provider — sometimes processing time is required before a refund officially posts
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, contact us at adnanstylo111@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 327 2845982 with your order number
Sale Items
Only regular-priced watches are eligible for a full refund. Sale items, clearance pieces, and discounted bundles are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit or exchange please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Exchanges
We replace watches only if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or you received the wrong product. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Email adnanstylo111@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 327 2845982 with photos of the issue and your order number
- We will arrange a free pickup and ship the correct or replacement watch at no extra charge
For change-of-mind exchanges (different model, color, or size), shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the new watch will be shipped after we receive the original.
